Stacey Brandt was born in Montreal, Canada then raised in Austin, Texas by her German/ Eurasian parents. She quickly became exposed to both classical music and gourmet foods at a very young age.  Her diverse upbringing coupled with natural artistic ability fueled her aptitude for the culinary and hospitality industry. 

 As an adolescent, Stacey learned hospitality experience as she cordially greeted patrons who frequented her family’s restaurants.  After being exposed to all aspects of the restaurant industry, her nurturing nature and apparent social skills helped facilitate her eventual position as Regional Banquet Manager for three of Austin’s most highly regarded restaurants. 

Stacey truly demonstrates a sincere respect and genuine appreciation for the cohesive efforts that occur in both the Front of the House and Back of the House.  She has found a familiar and warm home in the dd factor family where she feels that her knowledge and understanding of the industry will continue to flourish, as well as be shared.
